About Us
"The leaders I have learned most from seem to me to have certain knacks. They focus attention on valued aspirations. They mobilize energy by involving others. They face the unknown without answers."
— Marvin Weisbord, Productive Workplaces
At Achieve Northwest we believe that learning happens every day for individuals, teams, and organizations. The best learning systems present both formal and informal opportunities for personal skill development. Learning is by design part of an organization's strategy to structure work so that individuals, work groups, and the whole organization can keep learning continuously.. This is crucial for keeping up with new technology and markets.
We believe that performance and quality improve when everybody in a work system keeps learning how to improve the whole system. And, continuous learning as an organization results from sharing the best ideas from all levels in the organization and ensuring that everybody has a shared sense of the "big picture" and how their work furthers the strategic direction and goals of the whole company.

Our Mission
Our mission is to promote the development of healthy and vibrant businesses and communities. We do this by helping individuals and groups increase meaning, purpose, and joy in their workplaces and communities.
We help individuals and business groups pursue higher levels of quality in their work.
We help individuals and groups who are "stuck", or who want to address "impossible" problems.
We excel at helping individuals, teams, organizations, and communities make the difference they want -- to crystallize their vision of what they want -- and to move that vision into effective action.
